What happens if the venue is upstairs or has limited access (stairs, elevators, long walk)?+
Let us know ahead of time. If there are stairs, long distances from parking, or tight load-in times, we may plan extra setup time or recommend a specific booth location to keep everything smooth on event day.
How far in advance should I book, and is a deposit required?+
Dates (especially weekends and peak season) can book up quickly, so we recommend reserving as soon as you have your venue and event time. A deposit is required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. We’ll confirm the exact payment schedule when you book.
Can I add more time?+
Most packages include a minimum rental period. If you want extra time, let your attendant know during the event or contact us ahead of time. We’ll confirm availability and pricing.
Can you set up a booth outside?+
Yes, as long as the booth is under cover and set on a stable surface. Keep it protected from wind, rain, and direct sun. We also need power within 10 feet. If that is not available, tell us in advance so we can review options.
